With the end of the $8,000 dollar rebate for new home buyers you would think that the market would start to slow down. I have found it is still strong in the Lutz & Land o Lakes areas. I believe this is in large part to the number of homes priced very fairly and even on the low side. This north part of Tampa bay has always been a favorite for alot of home owners. We have place a few contracts in the last couple weeks on beautiful homes at grat prices. I believe the owners realize if they want to sell then they better price it right. Just went out Saturday (05/2910) and looked at 6 homes 3 of them are keepers price great and in excellent condition. My buyer are having a hard time deciding which one to choose. Lutz is located just to the north of Tampa in Hillsborough County. Here you will find real estate in a small quiet community made of a well-diversified population.
